At MOS MOSH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Fill Out the Return Form
Locate the return form included in your original package and clearly mark the items you wish to return along with the reason for the return.
Pack the Items
Place the unworn garments with all original MOS MOSH tags still attached into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailing container.
Attach the Shipping Label
Affix the pre-paid return shipping label provided in your order to the outside of the parcel, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your postage receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
